Our Story
TripKadaii.com wasn’t randomly built overnight; it started with our own love for travel. After exploring the world ourselves, we realized that for many, the excitement of a holiday is often overshadowed by the stress of visa applications and confusing bookings
We analysed that some of our visa refusals were due to mismatched information and missing documents. That’s when it struck us that dedicated visa-specialised agencies are rare.
We gathered feedback from travellers and found a common pattern. Their travel packages looked luxurious on paper but lacked the promised quality once they landed. So we analysed the gaps, addressed the shortcomings and created a brand that delivers what we once expected as travellers.
Along with the two of us, we built a five-member team of like-minded, travel-loving professionals who not only curate well-planned travel packages to various destinations but also bring 5+ years of experience working with VFS. This means hands-on experience in handling thousands of visa applications and understanding the process inside out.

First, meet Reshma. She isn’t just the founder of TripKadaii.com; she’s a deadly combo of big-time foodie + passport-stamp collector who turned her travel experience into a travel company
She started travelling when she was six months old, thanks to her travel-loving parents. She inherited the right genes and made sure to pass them on to her like-minded husband, Vishnu, once they got married, successfully taking him from zero countries to 22 countries in just four years while she stands at 28
From hidden spots to magical sunrises, they’ve enjoyed travelling like nothing else.
Fueled by their wanderlust and real-life travel stories of themselves, their families, and friends, Reshma and Vishnu created TripKadaii.com to take the “ugh” out of travel planning.
